摘 要:用数学模型表达调车作业过程次数、牵推钩数和连挂钩数等调车作业量的发生规律,并界定出其最优值。统筹对口调车法使连挂钩数达到最优,但牵推钩数较多,对其算法进行优化,可减少发生的牵推钩数,即实现减牵优化。消逆法使作业过程次数及牵推钩数达到最优,但连挂钩数较多,对其算法进行优化,可减少发生的连挂钩数,即实现减挂优化。溜放钩数的发生规律复杂且有随机性,尚不能用数学模型表达之,未能界定出其最优值,但确定出溜放钩数与用线数及作业过程次数的趋势性相关关系。归纳出利用两类可调元实现“减溜”的优化方法。针对调车作业优化的多指标性,提出的优化原则是,在作业过程次数和牵推钩数最优的前提下谋求减挂优化和减溜优化。指出统筹对口调车法中,由真逆组号数界限值所组成的菲波纳契数列,对其消逆速度的体现,以及消逆速度随真逆组号数的变化而同向变化的规律。In this paper, we investigated the rule of operating process, coupling-and-pushing trips matnemancaLly and determined their optimized values. In detail, We improved Hu's method, by which the number of coupling trips is small while the number of pushing trips is large so as to cut down the pushing trips. We also improved inverse-order-elimination method, by which the number of pushing trips is small while the number of coupling trips is large to cut down the coupling trips. Though we can not give the mathematic model of the rules of free roiling trips due to its complexity and randomicity, we determined the rough relation between free rolling trips and the shunting lines used and shunting process. Then we presented a method using two kinds of adjustable elements in the entrance map to realize reducing the amount of Free Rolling trips. Considering the multi-aim of shunting optimization, we put forward the shunting optimization principle of pursuing the least number of coupling trips and free rolling trips based on the least number of operating process and pushing trips. Finally, we pointed out that in Hu's method, the Fibonacci sequence constituted by the Reverse-Number reflects the efficiency of eliminating inverse-order which will change at the same direction with the Reverse-Number.
