冻存胎胸腺组织移植治疗肝硬化腹水并发细菌性腹膜炎的观察

摘　　要：目的了解冻存胎胸腺组织移植治疗肝硬化腹水并发细菌性腹膜炎的作用。方法采用程控降温法冻存胎胸腺组织,然后给3例肝硬化腹水并发细菌性腹膜炎的病人三角肌内移植胎胸腺组织,观察移植前后临床变化。结果本组3例病人移植后腹水,精神,食欲等明显好转。结论冻存胎胸腺组织移植对治疗肝硬化腹水并发细菌性腹膜炎有一定的作用。Objective To comprehend the effects on the treatment cirrhosis of liver abdomen ascites follow with bacterial peritonitis on transplantation of freezing preservation embryo thoracic gland. Methods Freezing preservation embryo thoracic gland tissues with procedure control of temperature. The thoracic gland tissues of freezing preservation was transplanted in triangle muscles of 3 patients with the cirrhosis of liver abdomen ascites followed with bacterial peritonitis. Clinical changes were observed after and before transplantation. Results Abdomen ascites disappeared, spirit and appetite were better remarkably in 3 patients. Conclusion It is effective to treat the cirrhosis of liver abdomen ascites followed with bacterial peritonitis on transplantation of freezing preservation embryo thoracic gland tissues.
