摘  要:测定了21例慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)白细胞介素-2受体(Tac 蛋白)表达水平及20例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)水平,发现与正常人组相比,患者 Tac 蛋白表达水平明显减低(P<0.01),血清 sIL-2R 明显增高(P<0.01)。体内、体外试验结果表明,α-干扰素有明显的增强患者 PBMC Tac 蛋白表达的作用,促患者抗 HBe 阳转及 HBV DNA 阴转,且血清sIL-2R 降低。而香菇多糖组无此变化,推测患者 Tac 蛋白表达的增强及血清 sIL-2R的减少,可能与α-干扰素对患者体内 HBV DNA 复制的抑制作用有关。Twenty-one patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected for the expression of IL-2R(Tac-protein) on peripheral blood monomuclear cells(PBMC)and twenty patients with chronic hepatitis B were detected for the solu ble IL-2R(sIL-2R)in the serum.In comparison with normal group patients,the results showed that the expression of Tac-protein reduced significantly(P<0.01)and the level of sIL-2R increased significantly(P<0.01).The data of tri- als in vitro and in vivo showed that the expression of Tac protein on PBMC of patients treated with α-interferon in- creased,the seroconversion of anti-HBe against hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)was 58.3%(7/12),the conversion rate of HBV DNA positive to negative was 66.78%(8/12),and the level of sIL-2R reduced,whereas the patients treated with lentinan had no obvious change.It may be associated with the effect of α-interferon that inhibits HBV DNA replica- tion.
