高校学生体育社团管理问题的分析及对策研究

摘　　要：根据高校学生体育社团的基本特征,分析了导致社团活动不规范、管理制度不健全,社团成员管理难度加大,社团干部素质差异大,社团活动场地不足、经费缺乏保障等问题的原因,并提出了相应对策及建议。Based on the principal characteristics of university sports organizations, the paper discusses the reasons that lead to irregular activities, irnpedect management, different qualities of the eading members, insufficiency o the fac lities, ack of und, etc. Relative suggest ons are put orward.
