摘　　要：目的：建立吸收系数法测定吡嗪酰胺片中的溶出度。方法：采用紫外分光光度中的吸收系数法,吸收系数E_(1cm)^(1%)为652。结果：本法与对照品法无显著性差异。结论：本方法简便易行、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective： To establish an absorption coefficient method for determination of the dissolution of Pyrazinamide tablets. Methods ： The ultraviolet- spetrophotometry-absorptivity（ 652 ） was used. The absorption coefficient（ E1cm%1%） was 652, Results： There is no significent difference between absorption coefficient method and standard method, Conclusion： The method is simple, quick and accurate, It can be accepted for the quality control of pyrazinamide tablets.
