食道恶性狭窄行国产覆膜金属支架治疗20例

摘　　要：目的:评价覆膜支架置入对食管恶性狭窄的疗效。方法:回顾性分析恶性食管狭窄患者20例,男15例、女5例。局麻卜将导丝通过狭窄处,送入支架释放器,支架与狭窄段核对准确后,释放支架。结果:共释放支架21个,均为国产覆膜支架。进食梗阻症状逐步缓解。6例有完整随访资料。结论:覆膜支架置入是缓解恶性食管狭窄进食困难有效治疗方法,有利于减少人出血等并发症的发生。Objective： To assess the effect of treating on malignant esophageal strictures using homemade stents inserting. Methods： was 20 cases with maligant esophageal stricture was Analyzed retrospetively. 15 cases were male, 5 cases were female. The lesd passed the stenosis on the conditio of local anaesthesia. The stents realeaser were put into stenosis on the condition of local anaesthesia. The stents realeaser were put into stenosis followed the lead. The stents were realeased after the stents and senosis had been checked exactly. Results： 20 of stents which were all home-made and membrane stents were realeased totally. The symptoms of dysphagin were reliered gradually. The data of 20 cases followed up were recorded completely.
