黄连解毒胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床疗效及作用机制研究

摘　　要：在系统回顾有关热毒的古代文献和现代研究的基础上,结合临床实际,提出“热毒伤络,瘀血闭阻”是不稳定型心绞痛病机关键的认识。并采用随机对照的研究方法,观察了黄连解毒胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)热毒血瘀证的疗效和对相关指标的影响。结果显示,常规西医治疗合用黄连解毒胶囊治疗UA,可明显改善UA的临床症状,改善血液流变学,降低血浆ET-1、TXB2、hs-CRPs、ICAM-1s、VCAM-1水平,同时提高NO、6-keto-PGF1α水平,效果明显优于单用常规西医治疗。提示其作用机制可能与黄连解毒胶囊抑制炎症反应,保护血管内皮,改善血液流动性的功能有关。Based on reviewing the ancient documents and modern research progress of toxic-heat, combining to the clinical experience, it is pointed out that “toxic-heat injure Luo and stagnated blood obdurate it”were the key pathogeny of unstable angina pectorio（UA）. Meanwhile, the clinical effect and influence of correlative index of huanglian jiedu capsule on UA were observed by the random and compare mean. The result indicated huanglian jiedu capsule with integrated western medical therapy can obtain more remarkable curative effect than western medical therapy, and can meliorate the clinical symptoms of UA remarkably, improve blood-rhelogy, and decrease the level of ET, TXB2, hs-CRP, sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and increase the level of NO, 6-keto-PGF1α. It＇s mechanism could relate to restraining the inflammation reaction preserving the function of vessel endothelium and improve the flowing of blood.
