摘  要:目的 研究茶叶中有效成分茶多酚对胰岛素抵抗综合征模型大鼠血压及其调节物质的影响。方法高脂、高糖、高盐饲料喂养SD大鼠6周,复制胰岛素抵抗综合征动物模型,然后灌胃给予茶多酚处理6周后,测定大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素及口服葡萄糖耐量、血压、肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的变化。结果与模型组比较,茶多酚处理后,明显改善葡萄糖耐量,升高胰岛素敏感指数,同时降低模型大鼠血压和血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平。结论茶多酚具有降低胰岛素抵抗综合征大鼠血压的作用,其作用机制可能与降低血管紧张素Ⅱ活性有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of tea polyphenols(TP) on the blood pressure and the regulation substances in insulin resistance syndrome rats(IRS). METHODS The rat model with insulin resistance syndrome was prepared by feeding with high-fat, high-glucose and high-sah diet in 6 weeks. Then,TP was administered to the IRS rats for six weeks, and the blood pressure was measured before and after the diet of 6 weeks, and after 6 weeks of TP treatment. In the end of 6 weeks treated with TP, the blood was colleeted to measure fasting blood glucose, insulin, oral glucose tolerance, plasma renin and angiotensin Ⅱ . RESULTS The blood pressure of IRS rats treated with TP decreased significantly, and the plasma levels of renin anti angiotensin Ⅱ were also lower than that of the model group, and or:d glucose tolerance had been improved, the insulin sensitivity index(ISI) was returned to normal condition. CONCLUSION TP decreases the blood pressure in IRS rats, and the action mechanism may be related to the with decwase of angiotensin Ⅱ .
