摘 要:用高分辨裂解气相色谱-质谱考察了不同聚吡咙的热分解,分析了其热分解产物的组成、分布和归属,研究了其环化过程以及该过程对热分解的影响,进而详细阐述了聚吡咙的热分解机理。The thermal degradation of several polybenzimidazopyrrolones(polypyrrolones)was qualitatively and quantitatively investigated by HR PyGC-MS. Morethan 15 charcicteristic pyrolysates reflecting the step-ladder polymers were identified by on -line GC-MS. The polypyrrolones, as high heat-resistance polymers. show significantly low pyrolysate yields ( 20% ̄30%) even up to 950℃ under the pyrolysis conditions reported in this work.Therefore, the pyrolysis mechanism of polypyrrolones invovies thermal breakdowns of the carbon-nitrigen bonds and partial carbon-oxygen bonds separating two ladders are proposed. Furthermore, the effect of cyclization on the thermal degradation of the polymers is discussed.
