胰岛素抵抗与脑梗塞关系的初步研究

摘　　要：通过检测１２例单纯脑梗塞、１１例高血压并脑梗塞病例及１０例正常对照组的血糖和血清胰岛素变化，发现单纯脑梗塞组、高血压并脑梗塞组的血糖、血清胰岛素及Ｉ／Ｇ比值均高于正常。Plasma glucose and serum insulin were measured in 12 patients with cerebral infarction,11 patients with essential hypertension and cerebral infarction,and 10 normal adults.Compared with control the levels of both and their ratio were increased in patients with cerebral infarction and patients with essential hypertension and cerebral infarction,especially in latter.The results indicated that insulin resistance (IR) could be one risk factor for cerebral infarction.
