摘　　要：图书馆员的专业精神最能体现其职业性能,最能突显其个人价值的实现与社会需求的协调统一。本文对图书馆员的专业精神的软硬两个方面:敬业精神和职业功能进行了阐述,进而探讨了职业图书馆员专业精神的培养途径。The librarians＇ professional spirit can mostly reflect their occupation spirit and the combination between their personal values and the social demands. This article expounds both soft and hard aspects of librarians＇ professional spirit, which are spirit of devotion to work and occupation functions, furthermore, it dis- cusses the way to foster vocational librarian＇ s professional spirit.
