多发性骨髓瘤病人抗氧化酶活性的改变

摘　　要：通过对多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ）病人内源性抗氧化酶超氧化物岐化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）、谷胱甘肽过化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）活性及黄嘌呤氧化酶（ＸＯＤ）、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）的变化进行动态观察，间接反应ＭＭ病人体内超氧阴离子自由基（ｃｏ＿２￣－），及过氧化氢（Ｈ２Ｏ２）等活性氧物质的含量与ＭＭ的发展关系。结果：ＭＭ非缓解期病人ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ、ＣＡＴ活性均明显降低，血浆ＸＯＤ活性及ＬＰＯ含量明显增高，缓解期病例上述指标大致恢复正常水平。红细胞抗氧化酶活性与血浆ＬＰＯ含量呈负相关，且与疾病的严重程度相一致。In order to explorating the amount ofO^-_2 and H2O2 in the patients of multiple myelolna(MM) indirectly,We determined the activities of antioxidase-super-oxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),catalase(CAT）in red blood cells and activity of xanthine oxidase(XOD) and level of lipid peroxide(LPO) in plasma.The results indicated that the activities of SOD,GSH-PX and CAT were decteased significantly and activity of XOD and the level of LPO were increased apparently in the group of non－remission,and indexes metioned above were recovered near the control in the cases of remission.In addition,the activities of antioxidases showed negative correlation with the level of LPO,and also were related to the development of the disease.
