摘  要:在教育管理发展的历史进程中,各国经过长期的探索和改革,相继建立了适合本国国情的、各具特色的教育行政管理体制。不断探索和完善我国的教育行政管理体制,明确划分中央与地方各级政府的职责权限,建立各级教育行政咨询审议机构,实现教育行政人员的专业化,便成为推进我国教育行政管理体制改革的必然选择。In the historical process of educational management development, each country has established its own system of educational executive management with its own features after long exploration and reforms. It is our inevitable choice to explore and improve our system of educational executive management, make clear the different rights and responsibilities between the central government and local governments at different levels, establish a department of educational executive consultation and consideration at different levels and realize the specialization of educational executives in order to promote the system reform of educational executive management in our country.
