甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤形态计量学研究

摘　　要：应用体视学方法对１５例甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤、１３例滤泡性甲状腺癌和１０例正常甲状腺组织作了形态计量学研究。结果表明，所得４项体视学参数（Ｖｖ，Ｓｖ，Ｄ和平均截面积）在各组之间（正常与滤泡性腺瘤，滤泡性腺瘤与滤泡性腺癌）皆无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。笔者认为体视学参数在滤泡性肿瘤的良恶性鉴别诊断上价值不大。cases of follicular adenoma(FA), 13 cases of follicular carcinoma(FCA),and 10 cases of normal tissue of thyroid gland were studied by stereologic methods. The results demonstrated that there was no difference between FA and FCA in volume density,surface density ,mean diameter and mean surface area. Therefore, we suggested that there was no significance in distinguishing FA from FCA stereologically.
