摘　　要：两年后,我们回首宇通重工所走过的历程,它的发展代表了许许多多处于发展与转型期的企业的共同经历:在开拓与反思、尝试与总结中不断地探索。On October 18, 2003, Yutong Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd. merged Zhengzhou Zhenggong Machinery Group Co., Ltd. Then it became a dark horse in construction machinery industry. When we look back on the development course of Yutong after two years, its development represented the common experiences of many enterprises, which are in the development and transform period and are all unceasingly exploring the improvement.
