康赛宁治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤36例临床观察

摘　　要：我院参加全国康赛宁Ⅲ期临床试验协作组,治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤36例,结果:实体瘤19例中CR1例,PR3例,MR4例,S6例,P5例;癌性胸腔积液16例中显效4例,有效12例。癌性腹水1例,有效1例,副反应少,使用安全、腔内,瘤体内注药可获得较好疗效。In the present clinical investigation, which is a part of phase H clinical trial of new drug Kanserin, 36 moderate to advanced malignant tumor cases were treated with the drug. From the study, the drug proved to be effective in treating solid as well as other forms of tumors especially those combined with pleural or peritoneal effusion,it also showed that it was safe to use,mild in side effects,and finally it exerted its best effects through intracavity or intratumor administration.
