康赛宁抗骨髓抑制作用研究

摘　　要：通过对14例康赛宁合并化疗的实验组与36例单用化疗的对照组比较分析发现,化疗前两组病例的白细胞总数差异不明显(P>0.05)。化疗后,实验组白细胞数及中性白细胞数下降不明显(P>0.05),而对照组明显下降(P<0.001)。且化疗后两组比较白细胞数及中性白细胞数差异非常显著(分别为P<0.001,P<0.002)。同时观察到血红蛋白经化疗后的变化,在实验组中不明显(P<0.05),而对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。化疗后两组血红蛋白比较发现对照组明显偏低(P<0.05)。结果显示康赛宁能拮抗化疗对恶性肿瘤病人的骨髓抑制作用。Analyzing between the test group, 14 cases,in which the tumor patients treated with both Kanserin and chemotherapy,and control group,36 cases,in which the patients underwent only chemotherapy, we found that no significant difference of the mean total WBC and neutrophil count between the two groups (P>0. 05) before the treatment was applied. Following the treatment , there was no significant decline of the mean total WBC and neutrophil count in test group (P>0. 05) ,while in the control group, significant decline of the mean total WBC and neutrophil counts were found (P<0. 01). Furthermore, very significant difference of the both indexes were found between the test group and control group (P<0. 001,P< 0. 002,respectively). Meanwhile,the changes of hemoglobin content in both groups were also monitored. The pattern is much the same as the above mentioned indexes. The results revealed that Kanserin could reversed the depressed marrow to some extent in the malignant tumor patient following chemotherapy.
