摘　　要：Detection of ultra trace amount gossypol is reported. It is based on luminolhexacyanoferrate（Ⅲ） chemiluminescence reaction with gossypol as a sensitizer. The detection limit （3 σ ）of gossypol reaches 5.21 × 10^-16 mol/L.Detection of ultra trace amount gossypol is reported.
