工艺条件对刨花板甲醛释放量不同测定方法测值影响的研究

摘　　要：以三倍体毛白杨为主要原料,采用不同的施胶量、目标密度、热压时间和热压温度,在实验室条件下制备大片刨花板,按国家标准对其甲醛释放量进行测定,找出各因子对刨花板甲醛释放量的影响、不同测定方法测值间的相关性及降低甲醛释放量的最佳工艺条件。A study was made on manufacture of Triple Body Hair White Poplar waferboards under laboratory conditions, adopting different process variables of hot-pressing time, resin content, target density and hot-pressing temperature. Formaldehyde release quantities of the boards were determinded. Effects of different process factors on the formaldehyde release quantities, relationship between the formaldehyde release values determinded by the two standard methods, and the optimum process conditions to decreasing the formaldehyde release were found out.
