摘　　要：招生自主权是高校依法享有的办学自主权之一。扩大高校招生自主权是时代发展的需要,是高校自身发展的需要,也是中学全面实施素质教育的需要。但在具体运用中由于制度上的不健全导致招生腐败屡见报端,引发了各种争论。因此,在不断扩大的高校招生自主权过程中,应进一步完善监督机制,规范高校招生自主权。The enrohnent autonomy is one of the legal rights shared by colleges and universities. Expanding the enrolment autonomy in colleges and universities is a requirement of our time, with development of the colleges and universities, and the complete implementation of quality education in middle schools. However, due to the imperfect system, many enrolment corruption cases were reported in the newspaper, which has caused a lot of debates. Thus, in expanding the enrolment autonomy in colleges and universities, we should further perfect the supervision system, to stipulate the enrolment autonomy.
