摘　　要：共产党员先进性是共产党的本质特性的反映。共产党员先进性的基本内涵体现在党章所规定的党员的基本条件、基本标准、义务以及入党誓词中,同时也具有时代特征。保持共产党员先进性可以通过党组织建立“三大长效机制”和党员个体坚持党性锻炼修养来实现。The progressiveness of Communist Party members ought to be their most essential characteristic. It lays in the primary requisite, the fundamental standard and responsibility stipulated in the Party constitution and the oath made when joining the Party. It also has the feature of times, The progressiveness of the Communist Party members can be obtained by establishing“Three Long-lasting Principles” through the Party, and individual Party member＇s insisting on Party＇s spirit and improving his own quality.
