摘  要:目的探讨葛根总黄酮(PLIS)对糖尿病合并脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型的影响。方法采用四氧嘧啶成功建立糖尿病模型,在此基础上通过结扎ECA建立脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型,创建糖尿病合并脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型。通过测定血糖、糖化血清蛋白、NO、NOS、SOD、MDA水平的变化,分析大鼠模型神经症状评分,探讨葛根总黄酮对糖尿病合并脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠模型的影响。结果葛根总黄酮能降低模型大鼠血糖、糖化血清蛋白水平,降低NO、NOS、MDA水平,显著提高SOD水平,神经症状评分下降,病理损伤得到明显改善。结论PLIS有降低糖尿病模型大鼠血糖和保护脑缺血再灌注损伤的作用。Objective To explore the effect of PLIs on diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral ischemic reperfusion model rats. Methods Establish the diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral ischemic reperfusion rats models by ligating ECA based on the diabetes mellitus rat models induced by injection with alloxan. We judge the effect of PLIs on diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral ischemic reperfusion model rats by measuring the indexes such as blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein (GSP), NO, NOS, SOD and MDA, and by analyzing neurological syndrome score evaluation. Results PLIs can decrease the amount of blood glucose, GSP, NO, NOS and MDA, can significantly increase the amount of SOD, and the neurological syndrome score evaluation and the pathological injury ameliorated obviously. Conclusion PLIs can decrease the amount of blood glucose and ameliorate the injury induced by diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral ischemic reperfusion.
