摘 要:对豫南茶园春季树栖真菌群落结构进行了调查,经分离共得到真菌15属21种。研究表明,豫南茶园春季树栖真菌主要由兼性寄生菌和腐生菌构成,其中,大多数为半知菌,占85.7%,少数为子囊菌,占14.3%;茶树不同的器官栖居有不同的真菌种类;茶树品种和茶园生态环境对春季茶园树栖真菌群落均有重要影响。The dendrocola mycoflora on leaves and buds of tea was studied in tea garden in spring in the southern area of Henan province. Through isolating and culturing 15 genus and 21 species fungi from tea garden were obtained, in which, 15 genus and 19 species fungi were obtained on leaves, 10 genus and 15 species were obtained on buds. The most of them are belong to deuteromycotina and others are belong to ascomycotina. The deuteromycotina is about 85.7 %, and the Ascomycotina is about 14.3 %. It is proved that components of fungi are different on different orgens of tea. It is also proved that the ecologic environment and strain are the main factors that affects the dendrocola mycoflora in tea garden in spring.
