恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子用于肺癌诊断的价值评价

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评价恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(tumor specific growth factors,TSGF)对肺癌诊断价值。方法采用酶联免疫法测定70例肺癌、39例肺结核、6例支气管扩张症患者外周血中的水平和癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)水平,数据统计分析采用t检验与χ2检验。结果肺癌组的TSGF水平(72.6±8.3)u/ml显著高于由肺结核和支气管扩张症患者组成的肺良性疾病组(24.5±10.103)u/ml,肺癌组CEA的水平(31.1±4.33)ng/ml同样也高于肺良性疾病组(3.2±1.23)ng/ml。TSGF对肺癌诊断的敏感性明显高于CEA,诊断的特异性则低于CEA,两者诊断之准确性无显著差异。结论外周血中的TSGF有较高的敏感性及特异性有助于肺癌的诊断及肺癌的鉴别诊断。Objeetive To evalute whether the detection of Tumor specific growth Factors to diagnose lung cancer. Methods Serum TSGF and carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent essay（ELISA） in 70 patients with lung cancer and 39 patients with plumonrary tuberculosis,6 patients with bronchiectasis ,the data were analysed by t test and 2 test. Results The level of TSGF in lung cancer group （72.6±8.3）u/ml was remarkably higher than that in benign lung disease group （24.5± 10. 103）u/ml, which included all 39 patients with Plumonrary tuberculosis and 6 patients with bronchiectasis, and the level of CEA in lung cancer group （31.1±4.3）ng/ml was also higer than the level of CEA in benign lung disease （3.2±1.2） ng/ml. The sensitivity of TSGF was remarkable higer than that of CEA for diagnosis of lung cancer, but the specificity of TSGF was lower than that of CEA,the veracity of both for diagnosis of lung cancer had no marked qualitative difference. Condusion The serum TSGF has higher sensitivity and specificity,it is help ful to diagnosis of lung cancer.
