摘　　要：目的:研究人端粒酶RNA(hTR)在成釉细胞瘤(AB)中的表达和分布。方法:采用原位杂交方法对AB、牙源性角化囊肿(OKC)和口腔正常黏膜进行hTR mRNA检测。并分析hTR与AB临床病理特征关系。结果:AB、OKC、口腔正常黏膜hTR阳性率分别为94.4%、81.2%、28.6%,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。AB中原发、复发、恶变3组比较hTR mRNA表达也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。hTR mRNA表达与AB临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。结论:AB的发生、发展可能与hTR的过量表达有关,hTR可能成为判断AB预后的可靠指标。Objective： To study the expression and distribution of human telomerase RNA （hTR） in ameloblastoma （AB） and to investigate the clinical and biological characteristics of AB. Methods： hTR in 54 cases of AB （31 cases of primary AB, 19 cases of recurrent AB, and 4 cases of malignant AB）, 16 cases of odontogenic keratocyst （OKC）, and 7 cases of normal oral mucosa were detected by in situ hybridization. The relationship between the expression of hTR and the clinical and pathological characteristics of AB was statistically analyzed. Results： The positive rates of hTR in AB, OKC, and normal oral mucosa were 94.4% （51 of 54 cases）, 81.2% （13 of 16 cases）, and 28.6% （2 of 7 cases） respectively, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There were significant differences in the positive rate of hTR both between primary and recurrent AB and between primary and malignant AB （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of hTR mRNA was not related to the clinical and biological characteristics of AB （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Overexpression of hTR may be related to the occurrence and development of AB. hTR may be used as a reliable indicator for the prognosis of AB.
