摘 要:目的:检测Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn系超低模量合金的组织相容性。方法:用浸浴Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn系合金后的细胞培养液培养大鼠牙龈成纤维细胞(FB),MTT法观察细胞生长率;大鼠牙龈FB分别接种在Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn系合金和纯钛表面,荧光显微镜下观察细胞在金属表面附着情况,计数贴壁细胞数。结果:Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn系合金对大鼠牙龈FB无不良影响;Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn系合金与纯钛对FB初期黏附和增殖的影响没有差异。结论:Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn系合金具有优良的组织相容性。Objective: To study the histocompatibility of low modulus Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn biomedical alloy. Methods: The gingival fibroblasts (FB) of rats were cultured in the Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy extraction,and the cell growth ratio was examined by MTr test. The cultured gingival FB were implanted on the surface of Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy and pure titanium plate. The number of ceils attached to the mental surface were counted, and the morphology of cells was observed after acridine orange staining under fluorescence microscope. Results: The results of MTr test indicated that Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy had no harmful effect on the gingival FB of rats. There was no significant difference between Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy and pure titanium in the ceil adherence and proliferation. Conclusion: Ti-Nb-Zr-Sn alloy has excellent histocompatibility.
