珠江三角洲城镇群发展规划与大气环境研究

摘　　要：城市建设发展,即城市化进程会明显改变城市大气环境。因此,在编制城镇群协调发展规划时必须考虑与环境的协调。文章以一套新建的评估方法,模拟研究珠江三角洲地区城镇群协调发展规划与大气环境相互关系,定量给出不同时段和新近编制的2020年珠江三角洲城镇群发展规划方案对大气环境和空气质量的影响结果。模拟计算结果及分析表明,本研究有助于根据城镇规划对大气环境的影响情况,在城市规划中借助现代化科学技术手段进行分析研究,及时对规划内容提出调整意见,以实现城镇群可持续协调发展的目标。With rapid development of urbanization, great changes have taken place in urban original environment. Therefore both environmental protection and economic development must be given enough consideration in urban construction. In this paper, a new evaluation method is established to simulate the relationship between urban atmospheric environment and Urban Agglomeration Development Plan of Pearl River Delta. The results indicate that the research can help urban planning by estimating the influence on atmospheric environment with modem scientific technology, which will facilitate the optimization of the planning contents for the sustainable and coordinated development of the Delta.
