摘　　要：本课程力求打破传统的灌输式教学模式,以培养研究生的实际能力为重。采用多层次、多方式、多时空的教学方法,因材施教。理论与实践相结合,理论课与实验课相融合,寓教于实践,并将课堂教学延伸到研究生论文指导。The course “Molecular Biological Technology” is tried to cultivate practaieal ability of graduate students to overcome tbe traditional inculcation model. We teach students in accordance with their aptitude and in multi-way, multi-space, and multi-level. We link the theory tightly to the practical issue, bring the lecture and laboratory work together, and extend the class teaching to the thesis guidance.
