摘　　要：分析了图书馆在网络时代下应如何与时俱进并作出相应的发展与改革,同时从图书馆的内容、网站建设及人员素质培养等方面阐述了只有同时发展,才能在新时代里发挥好自己的使命.This paper mainly analyzes how libraries reform and develop to advance with the Internet times. It draws the conclusion that library contents, website construction and personnel should progress at the same time in order to accomplish the mission of libraries in the new times.
