摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中cyclinD1和p27蛋白的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测48例膀胱癌组织中cyclinD1与p27蛋白的表达。结果cyclinD1及p27表达在膀胱移行细胞癌和正常组织之间各有统计学差异,cyclinD1和p27与膀胱肿瘤分期、分级相关。cyclinD1与p27蛋白呈反方向表达。结论cyclinD1与p27有助于评估膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行动。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of eyelinD1 and p27 in transitional cell carcinoma （TCC）. Methods cyclinD1 and p27 expression were examined by immunohistochemieal technique in 48 ease of TCC. Results The expression of cyclinD1 and p27 protein was significantly different between TCC and normal tissues. The expression rate of cyelinD1 and p27 was correlating with TCC stage. There was a highly significant in verse correlation between the expression of cyclinD1 and p27. Conclusions CyclinD1 and p27 can evaluate the biological behaviour of TCC.
