摘　　要：论述了水利水电高职高专电力专业毕业设计选题如何贴近生产实践、跟上电力系统科技发展的步伐,并结合学生的学习课程,突出职业教育的特点。同时,还对建设“双师型”教师队伍及教师在指导毕业设计中培养学生的实践能力,加强毕业答辩的管理提出了建议。The author demonstrated how the students of electrical specialty at water and power higher vocational and training schools to select graduation design subjects closely related to production practice, keeping up to scientific and technological development trend, combining with the curriculums and with prominent characteristics of vocational education. Meanwhile, the author also gave advices for cultivating “teacher ＋ engineer” type teachers, training students＇ practice ability when instructing their graduation design, and for strengthening administration of graduation reply.
