通心络胶囊治疗心血管神经官能症抑郁状态的研究

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊能否改善心血管神经官能症患者的抑郁状态,并探讨其作用机理。方法将60例心血管神经官能症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予通心络胶囊口服,每天3次,每次4粒,连用4周,对照组给予谷维素,两组均不应用抗抑郁药物,随访6个月。使用Zung抑郁量表(SDS)于治疗前后以及6个月随访时分别进行评分比较。治疗前后使用放射免疫法测定血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇。结果治疗组4周后以及6个月随访时所有患者无不良反应,总有效率为83．3％。SDS评分与对照组比较或与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0．05,P<0．01)。治疗后ACTH 和皮质醇浓度均降低(P<0．05)。结论通心络胶囊可以改善心血管神经官能症患者的抑郁状态,可能与降低ACTH和皮质醇有关。Objective To observe the depression ameliorated using Tongxinluo capsule in patients with cardiovascular neurosis and its mechanisms. Methods Sixty patients with cardiovascular neurosis were randomly divided into the treatment group , which was treated with Tongxinluo capsule,4 pills, t.i. d, and control group , which treated with gamma oryzanol;4 weeks as a therapy course in both groups and with no antidepressants.6 months follow- up was carried out. The measuring scale of Zung self depression scale（SDS） was used before and after treatment and at the endpoint of follow- up. The serum ACTH and cortisone were detected. Results The total effective rate was 83.3 % in the treatment group . No real-responses of drugs were found in both groups. SDS score was significantly lower compared with before treatment or control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. The concentration of ACTH and cortisone was decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule might ameliorate the depression in patients with cardiovascular neurosis through decreased blood levels of ACTH and cortisone.
