摘　　要：目的研究Twin-Block矫治器对生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合的矫治作用。方法选择14例替牙期、恒牙早期以下颌后缩为主的安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者,应用Twin-Block矫治器进行矫治。通过测量治疗前后X线头颅定位侧位片,进行统计学分析。结果大多数患者后牙调整为中性关系;前牙覆牙合覆盖正常;软组织侧貌协调。结论Twin-Block矫治器治疗早期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错牙合畸形疗效显著,促进下颌生长,改善下颌后缩,同时达到相应的软组织侧貌美观改善。Objective To study the effects of Treannent of Class Ⅱ malocclusion with Twin - block Appliances.Methods 12 cases of Class Ⅱ Division Ⅰ malocclusion with mandibular intrusion in the mixed dentition or early permanent dentition were treated with Twin- block Appliances, and the effects were evaluated with Cephalometric analysis before and after treatment. Results After using Twin - block Appliances, almost all patients＇ molars were rejected into centric occlusion, Normal overjet and overbite obtained, soft tissue appearance and profile were improved greatly. Conclusion Twin - block Appliances were efficient for treating early Class Ⅱ Division Ⅰ mahcclusion with mandibular retrusion.
