还原型谷胱甘肽在抗结核药物引起的肝损害中的应用

摘　　要：本文就还原型谷胱甘肽治疗抗结核药物引起肝损害进行论述。还原型谷胱甘肽对防止肝细胞的破坏、保护肝细胞、清除自由基有非常重要的作用,并通过还原型谷胱甘肽与复方甘草酸单胺、肝太乐以及单用还原型谷胱甘肽等保肝治疗之比较研究,证明还原型谷胱甘肽在抗结核药引起的肝损害中疗效确切。This paper had summarized about the application of glutathione in treatment of hepatic lesion caused by antituberculesis drug. The glutathione might have an important action on prevention of hepatic cell destroy and preserve its cell and clear the free radical. After comparison with the combination use of monoamino - glycyrrhizn, glucurolactone and glutathione and only glutathione, this drug might have accurate effect on hepatic lesion.
