摘　　要：目的观察PTEN和基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其在癌变机制中的作用。方法采用SP法检测65例胃癌组织中PTEN、MMP-9的表达,同时应用实时荧光RT-PCR方法检测胃癌术中腹腔灌洗液中游离癌细胞。结果(1)PTEN、MMP-9阳性表达率在有无腹腔游离癌细胞组之间的差异均有显著性(P<0.05);(2)PTEN与MMP-9的表达呈负相关。结论PTEN、MMP-9可以反映腹腔游离癌细胞是否存在,为评估预后及指导化疗提供参考。Objective To explore the role of PTEN and MMP-9 expression in the gastric cancer tissues and evaluate its correlation with peritoneal free cancer cells. Methods Immunohistochemical staining method was used to examine 65 patients of gastric cancer. At the same time,we used RT-PCR technique to detect free cancer cells in peritoneal washes. Results （1） The expressions of PTEN and MMP-9 were statistically higher in the free cancer cells positive than those in the negative. （2）There was a negative correlation between MMP-9 and the expression of PTEN gene. Conclusion Free cancer cells in peritoneal washes are relevant to the expression of PTEN and MMP-9, which is valuable in evaluating prognosis and directing chemical therapy in patients with gastric cancer.
