摘　　要：目的 探讨气钡双对比造影方法诊断早期胃恶性淋巴瘤,提高胃肠钡餐诊断率.方法病人检查前10～15分钟肌注654-2 10mg,然后口服160～200%硫酸钡50ml,适量产气粉.结果分析了经手术病理证实的25例早期胃恶性淋巴瘤的临床及X线表现.X线表现与病理的关系,X线诊断与X线检查方法.气钡低张双对比造影的X线表现为:①多发散在结节,息肉样环状影;②表浅不规则龛影;③病变局部胃粘膜面隆起.结论运用气钡双对比造影方法,对早期胃恶性淋巴瘤的诊断有一.定临床参考价值.Obfective To assess the diagnostic value of pneumobarim double contrast examination in early diagnosing the stomach lymphomas,and enhance the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal bariummeal. Methods ： About 10-15mim before the examination, 654- 2 10mg im, then take 160- 200%BASO4 50ml and certain aerogenic powders orally. Results：x-ray findings were reviewed and analyzed in 25 cases of the early stomach lymphomas confirmed pathologically. The x-ray findings were （1）Diffuse nodous or polypoid ring Shadow ; （2） Superficial, irregular crater ;（3） Local eminence of gastric mucous membrance. Conclusion ： Pneumobarim double contrast examination has certain clinical value in early diagnosis of stom- ach lymphomas.
