康莱特配合顺铂方案与单纯顺铂方案治疗恶性胸腔积液的对比研究(附42例报告)

摘　　要：目的观察康莱特联合铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法80例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分2组,康莱特联合顺铂组42例,单用顺铂组38例。结果康莱特联合顺铂组有效率85.7%,明显高于单用顺铂组57.9%。结论康莱特联合顺铂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液效果良好。Objective：To investigate the effect of connecting, kang LaiTe with DDP to cure malignant effusion. Methods ：80 cases with malignant effusion were random diveded into two groups,the one was 42 cases of connecting KangLaiTe with DDP. the other was 38 cases of using DDP single. Result：There was remarkable difference with the two groups, the former was more efficient than the latter. Conclusion：connecting KangLaiTe with DDP was one of more methods to cure malignant effusion.
