摘  要:采用SBR工艺对肉类加工废水厌氧氨化出水进行后续脱氮处理,通过模拟试验确定了脱氮目标下其最佳运行模式、运行工况及运行参数,最终获得了进一步提高肉类加工废水脱氮效率的措施途径。本试验氨氮平均去除率为99.7%,氨氮最终出水控制在2mg/L以下,COD平均去除率为84%,远远低于国家一级排放标准。A follow-up nitrogen removal process was done to treat meat-processing wastewater by SBR process, through simulating test, the optimum operating mode, operating conditions and parameters for nitrogen removal were determined; finally the measure for further heightening the efficiency of meat-processing nitrogen removal was obtained. The results showed that the average removal rate of ammonia-nitrogen was 99.7%; ammonia-nitrogen in the final effluent was controlled blow 2mg/L; the average removal rate of COD was 84%, being greatly lower than the national first class discharging standard.
