摘 要:基于2K-H直齿行星齿轮传动随机模型,研究了行星齿轮传动的模态数字特征和共振失效问题.采用理论分析方法将行星齿轮传动的模态灵敏度与随机结构的模态数字特征计算相结合,给出了行星齿轮传动的3种不同振动模式固有频率数字特征的计算方法;基于相位调谐理论,将行星齿轮传动的共振划分为扭转共振模式、平移振动模式和行星轮共振模式,给出了由3种模式的共振导致的行星齿轮传动失效概率的计算方法及其动态仿真,并提出了基于相位调谐理论和共振失效概率计算的行星齿轮传动动态设计原则.Based on the dynamic model of 2K-H planetary gear transmissions with random parameters, the statistics of vibration model and the failure of the system caused by the resonance are investigated. The modal sensitivity and the modal statistics of random structure are combined by theoretical analysis, and the statistics of vibration model of the planetary gear transmissions are given. Based on the theory of planet phasing, the resonance of the system is classified into three types : rotational resonance mode, translational resonance mode and planet resonance mode. The method for calculating the failure types of resonance modes is given, and the dynamic simulation is probability of the system caused by the three proposed. The dynamic design principle of the planetary gear transmissions based on the planet phasing, theory and the resonance failure probability is presented.
