194名蒙族健康志愿者磺胺二甲嘧啶乙酰化代谢率分型测定

摘　　要：应用可见光光度计、测定了１９４名蒙族健康志愿者一次口服磺胺二甲嘧啶（以下缩写ＳＭ２）２ｇ，４小时内尿样中乙酰化磺胺与未代谢磺胺二甲嘧啶比值，结果表明受试者磺胺二甲嘧啶乙酰化代谢呈双态性，频数分布曲线有两个较明显波峰，第一波峰在４０％－５０％，第二次波峰在８０％处，提示有两个亚群。因此，我们认为以６０％为界分快、侵两型为宜。凡ＳＭ２乙酰化率大于６０％者为快代谢型，１２３人（占６３．４％），小于６０％者为慢代谢型，７１人（占３６．０％）．性别对分型无显著影响。he determination of acelylating rate of sulfamethazine on 194(tnale 92,fernale 102) Mongolian healtyvolunteers was reported in this paper.The results showed that the distrlbution of sulfamethzine acelylatingrate is not normal one.The curve of frequency distribution has two obvious wave peaks.The first one is be-tween 40-45%and the second one is between 70-80%.The acelylating rate of sulfamethazine lower than60%is slow pattern and higher than 60% is fast pattern.
