摘　　要：文章介绍了主减速器总成在线检测系统的组成及技术实现。系统作为主减速器柔性装配线的最后一道工序,以工业控制计算机为核心,通过转速和转矩等数据的实时采集、处理、显示和存储,可以实现对三种主减速器总成的综合性能检测,并能根据预先设定的技术参数进行产品性能评判。The paper introduces the constitution and technique realization of the on-line examination system for the main reducer assembly. The examination system is the last procedure of the flexible assembly line for the main reducer assembly. Industrial computer is the core of the examination system. The system can examine synthetic performance of three kinds of main reducer assemblies by real time acquisition, processing, display and store of rev and torque datum, and it can evaluate the production performance according to technique parameters set beforehand.
