劈裂磨牙冠延长术后桩冠修复效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察断端劈裂至龈下的磨牙行冠延长术后固定修复的效果.方法对20颗劈裂患牙行牙冠延长术,术后6～8周行全冠或桩核全冠修复,观察修复后3个月,6个月时冠缘与龈缘位置关系及牙周状况,对修复效果进行评价.结果20例患牙修复后3个月时观察,14例满意,5例基本满意,满意度95%,6个月时观察,14例满意,4例基本满意,满意度90%.结论对断端劈裂至龈下的磨牙行冠延长术及桩核全冠或全冠修复术,是保留劈裂磨牙的良好方法.因磨牙对美观影响较小,可适当放宽对龈外观的要求,相对扩大适应证.Objective To observe the results of fixed prostheses at the broken molar with subgingival margin after surgical crown lengthening. Methods Crown lengthening surgery was performed on 20 teeth. 6-8 weeks later , crown prostheses or post-corn crown prostheses was made, Through observing the crown margin and the gum margin, we can evaluate the state of periodontium and the result of prostheses. Results After 3 months,, among 20 cases of the broken molar with subgingival margin, 14 cases were successful, 5 cases were successful on the whole. The rate of success was 95%. At 6 months later, 14 cases were successful, 4 cases were successful on the whole. The rate of success was 90%. Conclusion It is a good method to reserve broken molar with subgingival margin by surgical crown lengthening and crown prostheses. Because of the less influence at ethetic effect, it is possible to have lower request on esthetic of gum, the suitable indication is more.
