摘　　要：本研究应用经颅彩色多普勒血流影像（ＴＣＣＳ）对９例颅内动脉瘤患者进行了观察，并与脑血管造影比较。结果表明：ＴＣＣＳ对颅内动脉瘤的诊断具有高度的特异性，是一项值得临床推广应用的无创的诊断颅内动脉瘤的新方法。Nine patients with cerebral aneurysm were examined by transcranial color Doppler blood flow imaging(TCCS).The results showed it is a non-invasive method in diagnosis cerebral aneurysm with high specificity,With this method we can not only correctly diagnose the location and size ofthe aneurysm,but also the hemodynamics of the lesion and the brain. TCCS findings have good correlation with that of angiography in diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm.
