摘　　要：为了解ｎｍ２３在精原细胞瘤发生、进展过程中所起的作用，应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组织化学方法、兔抗ＮＤＰＫ多克隆抗体对精原细胞瘤及正常睾丸组织中ｎｍ２３产物／ＮＤＰＫ的表达进行了检测。结果：３８例肿瘤和５例正常睾丸生殖上皮组织中ｎｍ２３／ＮＤＰＫ均呈阳性表达。肿瘤组织中的表达强度明显高于正常生殖上皮组织，而与其组织病理类型无关，强表达缺失与肿瘤的转移行为有关。nm23/NDPK expression was studied in seminoma and normal testis tissue by S-P immunohistochemistry using rabbit anti-NDPK polyclonal antibody. Positive expression was observed in all the 31 seminoma and 5 normal testis tissues while the expression level has been significantly higher in the former. Loss of overexpression was relevant to the metastasis behavior of the tumor(P<0. 05); The results denoted that nm23/DNPK might play an important role in the carcinogenesis of seminoma and in suppessing its metastasis potential.
