高校图书馆合并后书目数据库建设问题与对策

摘　　要：以中国农业大学图书馆为例,对各校区图书馆随高校合并而并馆后书目数据库建设中所面临的书目数据不规范、著录标准和标引原则不统一等问题进行了客观、细致的分析。结合作者实际工作经验,采取统一著录、标引等标准和细则、对书目数据进行改编和规范、加强管理、业务培训和交流、优化工作流程等一系列措施,使并馆后书目数据趋于完善和统一,提高书目数据库建设水平,为适应多校区、大规模、多学科、高质量的图书馆服务提供了有力保障。Taking the Library of the China Agricultural University as an example, the paper has objectively analyzed in details problems in the establishment of bibliographic database such as non-standard data, different cataloguing, registering and describing principle after the merging of campus libraries. To improve bibliographic database for integrated and uniformed data, which ensure high level information service required by the university in different campuses, multiple subjects or majors after merging. The paper has put forward suggestions, which have been proved feasible in authors＇ experiences： unified registering and cataloguing principle, amending and standardizing the data, enforcing staffs administration, experience communication, professional training program, and also optimizing cataloguing procedures.
