甲状腺癌CNo患者手术方法探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺癌CNo患者的最佳治疗方案。方法回顾性分析1999年1月～2002年6月入住我院进行手术的36例甲状腺乳头状癌CNo患者,术中进行常规手术探查颈部Ⅵ淋巴结并清扫送检。结果36例患者有9例(25%)患者发现淋巴结阳性,其中术中探及淋巴结肿大6例(16.7%),6例中4例阳性(66.7%)。3例术后复发行颈清扫术。结论对临床颈淋巴结阴性的甲状腺乳头状癌应常规行Ⅵ区淋巴结探查,在技术纯熟的前提下尽量清除中央区淋巴脂肪组织。Objective To probe the best treatment method of thyoid carcinoma.Methods Retrospective analysis data of 36 cases with thyroid carcinoma （CNo）who entered our hospital for operation from January 1999 to June 2002,To probe the VI area lymph node during the operation.Restults In 36 CNo cases,There were 9 cases find lymph metastasis.6 cases explore lymph enlargement during operation,in which 4 cases occur lymph metastasis.3 recurrent patients were underwent secondary neck dissection after operation.Conclusion It is necessary to probe the VI area lymph nodes during the operation for thyroid carcinoma（CNo）and dissect local-region pretra- cheal and parateacheal lymph nodes under the direction of skillful technique.
