摘　　要：目的探讨转颈试验对椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的诊断价值。方法对48例经临床确诊的VBI患者行经颅多普勒(TCD)常规及转颈试验,并对检测前后的结果进行比较分析。结果48例VBI患者TCD异常36例,异常率为75%,加转颈试验后异常率为92%,且转颈后的VS值较转颈前显著降低(P<0.01)。结论转颈试验能判断椎基底动脉血液循环障碍的程度,增加病变的检出率。[Objective] To determine the effects of neck rotation test in vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency （VBI）. [Methods] 48 patients of VBI by clinical confirmed were performed TCD and neck rotation test. [Results] 36. patients （75%） were found abnormality by TCD, the abnormal cases increased to 44 （92%） by neck rotation test, and after neck rotation test, velocity was significandy decreased （P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Neck rotation test could conclude the degree, and increase the positive rate of VBI.
