广泛性焦虑症与神经衰弱、抑郁性神经症、抑郁症门诊患者的症状特征比较

摘　　要：目的比较广泛性焦虑症(简称焦虑症)与神经衰弱、抑郁性神经症、抑郁症门诊患者症状的严重程度。方法医生填写自编严重程度问卷。结果焦虑症与神经衰弱、抑郁性神经症及抑郁症比较,在焦虑、抑郁、易激惹、记忆力差、脑力易疲劳、躯体不适主诉、睡眠障碍及注意力不集中等大部分症状,严重程度差异存在显著性。结论焦虑症与神经衰弱、抑郁性神经症和抑郁症尽管症状谱类似,但严重程度不同。[Objective ] To compare the severity differences of symptoms in patients with general anxiety disorder （GAD） to ones in patients with neurasthenia, Depressive neurosis and major depression. [Methods] the consecutive outpatients met with the criteria of CCMD- Ⅱ -R for GAD, neurasthenia, Depressive neurosis and major depression （single or recurrent episodes）, were recruited at clinic. Doctors filled the inventory, which included the general data and the manifestations, when the patients were interviewed. The manifestations were made into 3 grades by the severity. [Results] The significance differences were observed in stress, anxiety, tense or worry, fatigues of brain, complaints of physical discomforts and heedless between GAD and neurasthenia, and in stress, anxiety, depression, tense or worry, irritable, poor of memory, heedless between GAD and depressive neurosis, and in stress, anxiety, depression, tense or worry, irritable, poor of memory, fatigues of brain, complaints of physical discomforts, sleep disorder, heedless between GAD and the major depression. [Conclusion] The severity differences of symptoms are observed between GAD, neurasthenia, depressive neurosis and the major depression although those symptoms are similar, and GAD, neurasthenia, depressive neurosis and major depression can be differentiated by the severity differences of symptoms.
