摘　　要：原发性肝癌的肿瘤血管生成及细胞增殖在肝癌的发生、发展和转移中起着重要作用。影像学检查是利用肿瘤的病理基础,对肝癌的密度及信号的变化及肿瘤的强化情况程度的观察,更深入地了解肿瘤的生物学行为,为判断其预后及合理的治疗提供依据。Tumor angiogenesis and proliferation are important in the initiation, development and metastasis of primary hepatocarcinoma. Utilizing the pathologic base of the tumor, we can observe the change of the density or the signal, and the degree of the intensity in the imaging examination. We can realize the change of the hepa- tocarcinoma molecular biology and judge the prognosis or the rational treatment of primary hepatocarcinoma.
