摘  要:[目的]研究氩氦刀冷冻时间与冰球大小的关系,为临床确定最佳冷冻时间提供理论依据。[方法]对18例接受氩氦刀治疗的患者进行CT实时监测,分别测量冷冻5min、10min、15min、20min时的冰球纵径与横径,并统计分析。[结果]18例患者共接受38次氩氦刀冷冻治疗,在5min、10min、15min、20min时的冰球平均纵径分别为4.0cm、4.9cm、5.3cm、5.5cm,平均横径分别为2.4cm、3.2cm、3.7cm、3.8cm。其中在5min到15min时冰球增大较为明显,15min到20min时增幅很小。[结论]氩氦刀每一周期的冷冻时间以15min较为适宜。[Purpose]To investigate the relationship between the size of ice ball and the time of freezing in Argon-Helium cryoablation. [Methods]Eighteen patients were really monitored by spiral computered tomograph) (SCT).The transverse and axial diameters of ice balls were measured at 5min, 10mira 15rain and 20min of freezing respectively. [Results]Eighteen patients received 38 cycles of freezing altogether. The axial diameters were 4.0cm, 4.9cm, 5.3cm at 5.5cm after 5min, 10min, 15min and 20min of freezing respectively.while the transverse diameters were 2.4cm, 3.2cm, 3.7cm and 3.8cm at the corresponding time. The ice ball size increased markedly from 5min to 15min of freezing, however, the extension of increasing reduced after 15min of freezing. [Conclusion]It is optimal for tumors to be freezed for 15 min with Argon-Helium cryoablation at each cycle.
